Our first workshop of 2022!  This workshop can be in person at Kellie's studio and at Hollie's studio, or you can join via zoom.

In person/zoom with Hollie from 9am-12. Let's look at the in's/out's of your business, the money. Do you know how much it cost to run your day to day operations? We are going to look at lab costs, equipment, up keep, etc. We are going to dig deep, so you are aware of your costs- so you will want to have on hand, a few recent lab bills, expenses related to running your business (insurance/utilities), price menu, etc. A profit/loss statement is a good starting place too. This will vary for each person a bit, but the basics are going to be the same. Overhead/expense/cost of doing business.

In person/zoom with Kellie, 1-4pm. You don't go to a nice restaurant and walk away with a raw steak to cook yourself, so why do so many photographers leave their clients to figure out finished products for themselves. Enhance your clients' portrait experience through print offerings and in person sales! After Hollie has helped you figure out your cost of doing business, Kellie will walk you through her approach to finished products and in person sales. Learn how she uses credits to create custom collections, and create your own pricing and strategies for a profitable photography business. We will also cover different tools and programs we use for our sales sessions. 

Our goal is for you to leave with a tangible plan to implement for 2022, both to serve your clients better and to let you take control of your business!
